simple menus

There are days when you just can't be bothered to cook so you pick a ready made meal from the supermarket or a take away. Hey, I do that too! But if you want to cook from scratch while keeping it really easy then try the menus from the Simple collection where Curried Minced Beef or Sweet and Sour Chicken could not be more straightforward to make.

three

fennel & goat cheese grills, mediterranean inspired warm salad
This is rather unusual combination of flavours but if you like the goat cheese and the fennel then you will enjoy the simplicity of this meal. The vibrancy of the avocado oil is shown off at its best.

tuna tomato & piquant pepper pasta
I only have this pasta as an occasional treat: it tastes amazing but I know I should not be contributing to the extinction of tuna. Chicken or chorizo sausage present less guilty options.

wild mushroom bruschetta
So simple yet so delicious. Wild mushrooms are the best, but if you can't get them then exotic or field mushrooms will be a worthy substitute with a few dried porcini to boost the taste.

sweet & sour chicken with lemon rice
Nervously, I dared to create my alterative to this universally famous dish. I think it tastes fantastic and it is certainly much healthier then the original version from your local take-away. Have a go!

curried king prawns with avocado & mango salad
The succulent flavour of king prawns is enhanced here by the curry powder. Even if you are not a fan of prawns I encourage you to try this dish. Lime, mango and coriander provide an exotic salad base.
