2. While you are waiting for it clean, trim and quarter 300g of fresh strawberries.
3. Spread the strawberries in the roasting tin and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and leave it until the oven reached its temperature.
4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
To serve: spoon the strawberries into the serving glasses and place a good dollop of mascarpone cheese on top. Drizzle with the balsamic syrup from the tin.
